Welcome to the Coptic Orthodox Diocese of North & South Carolina and Kentucky.
Through God’s grace, we were established in June 2016 under the guidance of His Holiness Pope Tawadros II, the 117^th Coptic Orthodox patriarch and successor of St. Mark. As the newest diocese in North America, we are comprised of 8 priests serving 12 churches in
North Carolina, South Carolina, and Kentucky.
In June 2016, His Holiness appointed His Grace Bishop Peter to oversee the Diocese.
